Here’s how your Crop Over getaway unfolds — curated for comfort, culture, and maximum vibe.
Day 1: Arrival – Welcome to Barbados
Private transfer to Sea Breeze Resort. Settle into your oceanfront room and exhale. Evening welcome dinner featuring authentic Bajan dishes and a chance to meet the crew.
Day 2: Sun Mas – The Precursor
Hit the road with AURA for Carnival Sunday. Food, drinks, and vibes included. Return to the resort, recharge, and get ready for the main event.
Day 3: Crop Over Monday – The Main Event
Hair & makeup sessions available (add-on). Suit up in full costume with your band. Take the road for the official Crop Over Parade — music trucks, feathers, pure energy.Prefer to watch, not play? Chill beachside, spectate, or enjoy the resort.
Day 4: Rum, Cruise & Jouvert
Mount Gay Rum Experience (tastings included). Sun / day party / town energy, then late night AURA J’ouvert — the premium, all-inclusive paint & powder experience.
Day 5: Bliss Fete
All-inclusive fete on the water with top DJs and nonstop vibes.
Day 6: Carnival Tabanca – Goodbye, For Now

Identification
Guests must make reservations using the full name that appears on their government‑issued travel document. Any name changes made after travel documents are issued will incur applicable fees.
Reservation Accuracy (24‑hour check)
To ensure accuracy, guests must confirm their reservation details within 24 hours of receiving the invoice/confirmation. Please check your email. If no confirmation is received, the provided information will be presumed correct, and we will not be financially responsible for any subsequent corrections.

Travel Documentation
A valid passport BOOK is required for this trip.
Travel Protection (Insurance)
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please contact our office for a quote. You will be required to accept a quote or decline insurance at time of registration.
Final Travel Documents
Provided you and your roommate(s), if applicable, submit final payment by the due date, you will receive your final travel documents within 3 weeks of departure.
Roommates & Occupancy
Should your occupancy fall below the initially registered number, the remaining guest(s) will be financially responsible for the entire cost of your accommodations.

Pricing Notes
All prices listed are total per person "land only" based on the respective occupancy/room category and are subject to change.
Late Fees & Auto‑Cancellation
A $50.00 per person late fee will be assessed starting 48 hours after the due date of your reservation.
IMPORTANT: If your reservation is not paid in full within 5 days after the due date, it will be automatically cancelled and 100% of all monies submitted will be forfeited.
Reservation Changes
All changes will incur a $50.00 per person change fee, plus any applicable rate changes.
Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to be respectful, courteous, and display civil behavior at all times. We understand this event is fun and high energy in nature; however, guests who fail to demonstrate courtesy and respect towards others and/or cause division and strife will be required to leave without refund. Your booking constitutes acceptance and agreement with this policy.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit of $400.00 per person is NON‑REFUNDABLE/non‑transferable.
The cancellation schedule is as follows:

No refunds will be provided due to roommate cancellations.
All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday–Saturday. Cancellations received on Sundays/holidays and after 6:00 p.m. will be processed the next day according to the schedule above.
Occupancy Changes
Occupancy changes may result in your room being repriced at prevailing rates.
Airfare (if applicable)
Airfare is completely non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
